The short version
- We set no cookies, so there’s no cookie banner.
- Two small settings stay in your own browser, and they’re only there if you chose them.
- They never leave your device.
What’s saved in your browser
Browsers have a small storage space that a site can use, called local storage. We use it for two things:
- ap-theme remembers light or dark, if you used the switch at the top of the page.
- ap-sign remembers the sign you picked on the homepage, so your reading is there when you come back.
Our code reads these in your browser, and they aren’t sent to our server. They stay until you clear them.
How to clear them
To forget your sign, use the button that goes back to all twelve signs on the homepage. To clear both, delete this site’s data in your browser’s settings.
What we don’t use
There’s no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, and nothing from other companies loads on our pages. If that ever changes, the privacy page will say so first.
