No payments are taken on this site today. The rules below apply as soon as a paid product opens, so you can read them before you ever pay for anything.
The 14-day refund
Reply to your report email within 14 days of paying and say you’d like a refund. That’s all. You don’t need a reason, and you don’t need to return or delete anything.
We send the money back the way you paid, within 14 days of your message. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
If a report doesn’t arrive or is faulty
Tell us and we’ll fix it. If we can’t, you’ll get your money back. This isn’t limited to 14 days, because you have that right by law.
Your rights in the European Union
EU law gives you 14 days to change your mind about most online purchases. For a digital product you get straight away, that right can end once you’ve asked for it to be delivered at once, and the checkout will ask you about this. Our 14-day refund stays either way, so you lose nothing.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the law where you live.
